Appointments can be made via WhatsApp at +592 649-3041. Walk-in clients are welcome, but booking in advance guarantees your preferred time slot. We operate Monday to Saturday, 9:00 am – 7:00 pm.
Your appointment is confirmed once you receive a confirmation message from us. Please save our number to avoid missing updates.
Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice may be required to pay a deposit to secure future bookings. Repeated no-shows may result in being unable to book in advance.
For certain services (particularly chemical treatments and bridal packages), a deposit may be required to secure your booking. This will be communicated at the time of booking.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled depending on availability.
All pricing is personalised based on your hair length, texture, and the specific style requested. A consultation — in person or via WhatsApp — is always conducted before major services to ensure we understand your desired outcome.
Important: A patch test is required at least 48 hours before any bleaching, colouring, or chemical treatment for first-time clients, or for clients who have not received these services from us in the past 6 months. This is for your safety. We reserve the right to refuse service if a patch test has not been completed.
We maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness. All tools are sanitised between clients. If you have any known allergies, scalp conditions, or sensitivities, please inform us before your appointment.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue any service if a client arrives with a scalp condition, skin irritation, or if the requested service is deemed unsafe for their hair or nails in our professional judgment.
